Jul 15, 2019 | 11:54 AM

Two men charged in the murder of a North Battleford man will be back in court at the end of July.

Nicolas Buck and David Keller are charged in the death of Mark Douglas Jonson, 61, who was found dead at a home on 15th Ave. and 100th Street July 5.

Buck, 22, is facing 10 charges, including first-degree murder for the July 3 incident.

He is also facing two charges for failing to comply with a court order, one for failing to appear in court, and two for breaching a probation order.

Buck stood in the prisoner’s box still for the brief hearing, only shaking his head from time to time to Judge Murray Pelletier’s questions.

Keller, 47, faces a lone charge of first-degree murder.

Buck was located late in morning on July 13 after officers issued a warrant for his arrest. Investigators arrested Keller on the evening of July 11.

Both Keller and Buck are remanded in custody until their next appearances on July 24 and 26, respectively.
