Three men and five women were arrested after police executed a high-risk search warrant at a home in North Battleford.

All were taken without incident and a search of the home on 11 Ave. and 106 St. found several firearms, stolen property and evidence of drug trafficking.

Battlefords RCMP, along with the F Division Emergency Response Team, continue to investigate and charges are pending against several of those arrested.

“This is a complex investigation involving investigators from several specialized units,” officers wrote in a press release, adding an update on charges will be provided later.
