Operation Red Nose provides 231 rides in 2018

For its 10th year of operation in the Battlefords over the holiday season, Operation Red Nose provided 231 rides home over eight nights of service. The numbers were released Friday.
Around 50 volunteers contributed over 815 hours helping with driving, answering phones and other activities during the campaign, which ran from Nov. 30 to Dec. 31.
Over $21,000 was collected in donations, which will be donated to KidSport Battlefords.
