A busy night around the ice in the Battlefords

Although the North Stars are on the road, there’s still tons of local action tonight in and around the Battlefords.

The Meota Combines kick off their home schedule tonight when they take on the Glaslyn North Stars at the Civic Centre at 8. Glaslyn comes into the game at 0-1 after a loss to the Battleford Beaver Blues last Saturday.

Over in Wilkie, the Outlaws take on the Biggar Nationals at the SaskCan Community Centre at 8:30 p.m. Wilkie is 3-0 on the year so far, and Biggar has started off the 2018-19 campaign at 3-1.

The Luseland Lakers host the Unity Miners at 8:30 p.m. as well in the Sask West league.
