Dekker Centre to host family band Everything Fitz
No family is closer than the Fitzgeralds, who have spent the last 12 years touring the country, playing music and dancing together.
Their band, Everything Fitz, will bring their show to the Dekker Centre March 24 for a performance appropriate for anyone according to Pam Fitzgerald, the band’s keyboard player and mom.
“It’s a great show for all ages, right from two-year-olds to 80-years-old,” Pam said. “There’s a wide variety of music. Kids don’t have to be quiet so parents can feel comfortable bringing them.”
Comprised of two daughters, a son, one non-family member and the parents, Everything Fitz plays a variety of music including Celtic, bluegrass and jazz while also incorporating Ottawa Valley style step dancing.
