North Stars lose game 4, return home for game 5 Saturday

The Battlefords North Stars were looking for their first sweep of a seven-game series in 10 years as they went to Kindersley for game four. They were unable to eliminate the Klippers, as they’ll now have to return home for game five after a 4-1 loss.

North Stars take 3-0 stranglehold with 7-4 win in game three

Just like in game two, the Battlefords North Stars found themselves trailing in the third period. Once again, an offensive outburst led them to victory.

Big third period gives North Stars 2-0 series lead over Kindersley

It looked like the series between the Battlefords North Stars and the Kindersley Klippers would be tied after 40 minutes in game two.

The North Stars found themselves shorthanded for four of the first six minutes of the game, allowing the Klippers to generate quality scoring chances.
