Developmental Camp for BMHA Female Hockey Players

The female Hockey program would like to introduce the first developmental camp for all BMHA female hockey player in divisions Initiation, Novice and Atom on February 5 at the North Battleford Civic Centre.

This camp is on a PD Monday, and includes:

Two 1 hour on ice session focusing on skating; forward stride, backward stride, cross overs, mohawk turn, stops, starts and agility. and 30 mins on shooting.

1 hour of off ice training developing skills stick handling focusing on quick hands and deking.

Chicken noodle soup and water (please bring healthy extras for lunch, and 2 healthy snacks, we are trying to promote healthy growth and development)

8:00am – registration

8:45am – 1st on ice session – Power Skating

10:15am – dryland

11:15am – stretch/nutrition talk

12:00pm – Lunch (Just chicken soup) bring own snacks and sandwiches. There will be water.

12:30pm – dryland games

1:30pm – 2nd on ice session – skills / scrimmage

2:45pm – Yoga

4pm – pick up

Cost: $40

8:15am – 4:00pm
