Aug 16, 2017 | 9:41 AM

The streets in North Battleford were lined with people Tuesday night to take in the popular Northwest Territorial Days parade.

More than 100 entries took part with dozens of floats from the Battlefords, area First Nation communities, and even Prince Albert and Saskatoon.

The parade launches the Northwest Territorial Days exhibition running from Aug. 16 to 18 at the Agriplex and fair grounds in North Battleford.

Some of the many participants included the Western Development Museum, the Battlefords Boys and Girls Club, as well as Sweetgrass First Nation which showcased athletes who participated in the North American Indigenous Games in Toronto and teams that took part in the FSIN summer games.
