Smoke from forest fires in British Columbia has made its way to Saskatchewan.
Several communities in southwest and central Saskatchewan woke up Monday morning to hazy conditions.
Environment Canada issued a special air quality statement shortly after 6 a.m. warning people may experience coughing, throat irritation, headaches or shortness of breath.
Children, seniors and those with lung or cardiovascular conditions were listed as being particularly at-risk.
