Very thick fog in N.B. this morning

It wasn’t a scene from Silent Hill, The Mist or any other horror movie; this is how North Battleford looked early this morning.

Visibility was only around 20 feet and the fog was so thick, street lights were not visible until 30 feet away. The few people on the road were forced to drive half the speed limit.

This dashcam video shows just how short visibility was at 4 a.m. driving down 100 St. towards the 7-11. 

The fog lifted around 8 a.m. to make way for sunshine.
