Owner of Sheppard that attacked puppy yet to be identified

The search is on for the owner of a German Sheppard who attacked at puppy at a North Battleford dog park.
The incident happened yesterday afternoon where a German Sheppared viciously attacked what is beleived to be a Shih Tzu-Yorkie cross.
According to Facebook posts, the owner of the sheppard hasn’t been identified yet. The puppy could need extensive surgeries and may have to be put down due to the injuries.
