Victims of fatal Wakaw crash from Battleford area

Two men from south of the Battlefords have been identified as the victims of a deadly crash east of Saskatoon.

RCMP say an 82-year-old man from the Biggar area and a man from the Sonningdale region who was 64 were killed in a collision involving a truck and a semi on Highway 41 near Wakaw on Monday, Aug. 15. The two were found dead in the truck, which was in the ditch following the collision.

The names of the two victims have not been released. Police continue to investigate.
